Anti-PKN1 / PRK1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets PKN1, also known as PRK1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) applications and reacts with human samples.

According to the manufacturer's product information, the antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human PKN1 / PRK1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of total PKN1 / PRK1 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
