Anti-PKN1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against PKN1. The reagent is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and supplied as a liquid. It is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, with immunohistochemistry also listed among the applications.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human PKN1 (NP_002732.3). The reported molecular weight of the target is 120 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:1,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
