Anti-PKM2 (phospho-Ser37) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PKM2 phosphorylated at serine 37. Listed under the Primary Antibodies category, the reagent is unconjugated and reactive with human samples, and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

It was generated by immunising rabbits with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the sequence flanking the serine 37 phosphorylation site of human PKM2 (I-D-S(p)-P-P), conjugated to KLH. Purification was carried out by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho-specific antibodies removed by chromatography against the non-phosphopeptide. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PKM2 only when phosphorylated at serine 37. Two scientific validation images are provided.

The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 60 kDa.
