Anti-PKM2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the pyruvate kinase M2 (PKM2) isoform and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size. It is provided unconjugated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium ions present. The immunogen corresponds to a synthetic peptide sequence around residues 405–409 (T-S-D-P-T) of human PKM2, and the antibody was generated in rabbits and purified by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific peptide, ensuring selective recognition of endogenous total PKM2 with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa.
