Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PKM2 and supplied as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human PKM2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PKM2 protein. The target migrates at approximately 58 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the antibody has been affinity-purified to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
