Anti-PKM1 Antibody

Distributed through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the PKM1 isoform of pyruvate kinase and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues around amino acids 399–403 (V-R-A-S-S) of human PKM1, and the resulting antibody specifically recognises endogenous levels of total PKM1 protein. The reagent is provided unconjugated at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
