Anti-PKD2 Antibody

It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 240-410 of human PKD2 (NP_000288.1), with the target reported at 110 kDa. It is affinity purified, shipped at 4 °C, and recommended for storage at -20 °C in aliquots with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The suggested Western Blot working range is 1:500-1:1,000, and the concentration is lot specific.
