Anti-PKD2 (A872) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and recognises PKD2. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 840–890 of the human PKD2 sequence. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and specifically detects endogenous levels of PKD2 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The PKD2 target has a molecular weight of approximately 96 kDa. One scientific validation image is included.
