Anti-PKD1L2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PKD1L2 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG validated for Western blot on mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–306 of human PKD1L2 (NP_001265352.1).

The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 33 kDa. It is recommended for Western blot at dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000, and a representative validation image shows use on extracts of mouse lung at a 1:1,000 dilution. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Intended for research use only.
