Anti-PKD1 (phospho-S910) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PKD1 when phosphorylated at Serine 910. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications across Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKD1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 910. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PKD1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser910, with the target band observed at approximately 115 kDa.

The reagent is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
