Anti-PKD1 (G459) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PKD1 at the G459 epitope, supplied in unconjugated form and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Categorised as a primary antibody, it detects endogenous levels of PKD1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 424–482 of human PKD1. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, with an apparent molecular weight of approximately 115 kDa.
