Anti-PKD1/2/3 (I740) Antibody

Affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PKD1/2/3 (I740), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 708-763 of Human PKD1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PKD1/2/3 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Purification was carried out by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at ~90 to 140 kDa.
