Anti-PKD (phospho S744 + S748) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PKC mu/PKD phosphorylated at Ser744 and Ser748. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid preparation.

Recommended starting dilutions for WB are 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to residues around S744 and S748 of mouse PKC mu (NP_032884.2), with the target protein reported at 102 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration given as lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
