Anti-PKCth (Ab-695) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PKCth (Ab-695) supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human samples. It is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

The antibody was raised in rabbits against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 693–697 (N-F-S-F-M) of human PKCth, conjugated to KLH, and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of total PKCth protein and is supported by 2 scientific validation images.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
