Anti-PKC zeta (pan) (phospho T410) Antibody

This primary antibody, available through Antibodies.com, is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against pan PKC phosphorylated at Thr410. It is supplied as a liquid and is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype.

Validated for Western blot applications, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T410 of human PRKCZ (NP_002735.3), and the reagent has been purified by affinity purification. Provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the antibody has a reported molecular weight of 85 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
