Anti-PKC zeta Antibody [R14-K]

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone R14-K) is raised against PKC zeta. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, and immunocytochemistry. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from an internal sequence of human PKC zeta, and the antibody recognises an epitope located between Lys220 and Leu231. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide. For Western blot, a recommended dilution of 1:5,000 is suggested, while ELISA applications are recommended at dilutions between 1:20,000 and 1:100,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
