Anti-PKC-pan (T495) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, is directed against PKC-pan (T495). The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 470–520 of human PKC-pan. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and is reported to detect endogenous levels of multiple PKC-pan isoforms at a molecular weight of ~75 to 88 kDa.
