Anti-PKC gamma (pan) (phospho T514) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against pan PKC phosphorylated at Thr514 (also described as PKC gamma, phospho T514). It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T514 of human PKC (pan) (gamma) PRKCA (NP_002728.2), with sequence YQPYG. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The target molecular weight is 80 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised.
