Anti-PKC gamma Antibody [A12-H]

A rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PKC gamma, with the clone designated A12-H. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in liquid form and has been validated for use in Western blot, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, and immunocytochemistry. It shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the internal sequence of human PKC gamma and recognises an epitope located between Leu405 and Pro414. It is formulated in Tris-buffered saline, pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4 °C for storage at −20 °C in aliquots, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are 1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:5,000–1:20,000 for ELISA.
