Anti-PKC epsilon Antibody [G13-X]

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone G13-X) is raised against PKC epsilon and is supplied as a liquid. The IgG antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF).

It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the region close to the N-terminal sequence of human PKC epsilon, and the antibody recognises an epitope located between Ser134 and Glu144. Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:2,000 and ELISA at 1:10,000–1:50,000.

The reagent is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
