Anti-PKC delta (phospho Y311) Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com as a primary reagent, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets PKC delta phosphorylated at tyrosine 311 (Y311). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y311 of rat PKC delta (NP_579841.1), with the immunogen sequence VGIYQ. The target protein has a molecular weight of 78 kDa. The antibody is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
