Anti-PKC delta (phospho S643) + PKC thetha (phospho 676) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against PKC delta and PKC theta/PRKCQ when phosphorylated at Ser643 and Ser676. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid and is validated for Western blot, with reactivity confirmed in Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody is affinity purified and presented in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The relevant target protein runs at a molecular weight of 78 kDa. Generation was performed using a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding S643 of human PKCd/PRKCD (accession NP_001341605.1), with the immunogen sequence reported as RLSYS. The concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
