Anti-PKC delta Antibody [R20-F]

Rabbit monoclonal antibody reagent supplied by Antibodies.com as a ready-to-use FITC conjugate for direct detection of Protein Kinase C delta in human cells by flow cytometry. The R20-F clone is raised in rabbits of the IgG isotype and validated for application on human samples, eliminating the secondary-antibody step normally required with unconjugated primaries. Each vial contains 100 tests in liquid format, and the conjugate is excited efficiently by a 488 nm blue laser with emission captured in the FITC channel, making it compatible with most standard flow cytometry platforms. PKC delta is a serine/threonine kinase of the novel PKC subfamily, encoded by PRKCD, and plays a recognised role in apoptosis, proliferation, differentiation and immune receptor signalling. Researchers commonly apply this reagent to permeabilised cell suspensions to investigate kinase pathway activation, monitor treatment-induced apoptosis, or phenotype lymphocyte subsets where direct labelling against an intracellular target is required.
