Anti-PKC delta Antibody [K15-K]

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone K15-K) is raised against PKC delta and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human PKC delta, and the antibody recognizes the epitope located between Lys42 and Trp55. The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000 for WB and 1:5,000–1:10,000 for ELISA.
