Anti-PKC beta II Antibody [Q19-V]

This Antibodies.com rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone Q19-V) is directly conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) for one-step detection of PKC beta II, a conventional protein kinase C serine/threonine kinase encoded by the PRKCB gene.

PKC beta II transduces signals downstream of diacylglycerol and phorbol esters and has been studied in the context of B-cell receptor signaling, insulin receptor signaling, diabetic microvascular complications, and B-cell malignancies. The reagent is therefore relevant to immunology, cell signaling, and oncology research programs that probe kinase pathway activity.

Provided as a liquid reagent sized for 100 tests, the FITC-labeled IgG supports direct immunofluorescence staining in flow cytometry workflows on human cells.
