Anti-PKC beta I Antibody [A10-F]

A rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting PKC beta I, clone A10-F. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human PKC beta I, and the antibody recognises an epitope located between Ala658 and Glu666. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:5,000 for WB and 1:20,000 to 1:50,000 for ELISA. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
