Anti-PKC beta Antibody [N11-S]

This Rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone N11-S) from Antibodies.com recognises PKC beta and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human PKC beta and binds the epitope located between Asn663 and Lys 672, with the host species being Rabbit and the isotype IgG.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:10,000 for WB and between 1:20,000 and 1:100,000 for ELISA.

The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
