Anti-PKC alpha (phospho T638 ) + PKC beta II (phospho 641) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194749)

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T638 of human PKC alpha/beta II (PRKCA, NP_002728.2) with the manufacturer-reported immunogen sequence VLTPP. The reagent targets the phosphorylated forms of PKC alpha (Thr638) and PKC beta (Thr641) and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples.

Manufacturer-stated recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:100–1:200.
