Anti-PKC alpha (phospho S319) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around S319 of human PKC alpha (NP_002728.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. Shipping is at 4°C; on receipt, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:1,000.
