Anti-PKC ε Antibody

PKC ε (protein kinase C epsilon) is a calcium-independent, diacylglycerol- and phorbol ester-dependent serine/threonine kinase belonging to the novel PKC subgroup. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody, provided by Antibodies.com, was raised against PKC ε and is validated for use in Western blot and ELISA workflows. The reagent cross-reacts with PKC ε orthologues from human, mouse and rat samples, making it a practical tool for cross-species expression studies in neuroscience, cardiac ischemia research and oncology, where PKC ε has been linked to ischemic preconditioning, nociceptive signaling and tumor cell survival pathways.
