Anti-PKC θ (phospho-T538) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKC θ around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 538. The antibody is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for use in Western Blot (WB) applications and specifically detects endogenous levels of PKC θ protein only when phosphorylated at Thr538.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 80 kDa.
