Anti-PKC θ (phospho-S676) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PKC θ phosphorylated at serine 676, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKC θ around the phosphorylation site of serine 676, and specifically detects endogenous levels of PKC θ protein only when phosphorylated at this residue.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 80 kDa.

Validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
