Anti-PKC ζ (phospho-T560) Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, for the detection of PKC ζ phosphorylated at Threonine 560. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKC ζ around the Threonine 560 phosphorylation site, and the reagent recognises endogenous levels of PKC ζ only when phosphorylated at Thr560. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 70 to 85 kDa, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
