Anti-PKC ζ (phospho-T410) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PKC ζ (phospho-T410). The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKC ζ around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 410, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PKC ζ protein only when phosphorylated at Thr410. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The unconjugated antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 to 85 kDa.
