Anti-PKC ε/ PRKCE Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against PKC ε (PRKCE). It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen affinity-chromatography to a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human PKC ε as the immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the PRKCE protein, which runs at approximately 83 kDa. It is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
