Anti-PKC ε/ PRKCE Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the protein kinase C epsilon isoform (PRKCE), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody targets a member of the PKC kinase family involved in diacylglycerol-mediated signaling, nociception, cardioprotective preconditioning, and ethanol-modulated cellular responses. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant, and the 100 µl pack size supports multiple immunoblot and staining runs.

It cross-reacts with PRKCE from human, mouse, and rat, allowing consistent detection across common laboratory models. Suggested applications include Western blot for expression profiling in cell lysates and tissue extracts, immunohistochemistry on fixed sections to localize PRKCE in nervous, cardiac, and epithelial tissues, and immunocytochemistry on cultured cells for subcellular distribution studies.
