Anti-PKC δ (phospho-Y52) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against PKC δ when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 52. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKC d around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 52. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of PKC d protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr52. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 80 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 97% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
