Anti-PKC δ (phospho-T505) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets PKC δ when phosphorylated at threonine 505. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKC δ around the phosphorylation site of threonine 505, and detects endogenous levels of PKC δ only when phosphorylated at Thr505. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 97% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is ~ 80 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
