Anti-PKC δ (phospho-S645) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against PKC δ and specifically detects the protein only when it is phosphorylated at Serine 645. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PKC δ around the S645 phosphorylation site.

The unconjugated antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target band is reported at approximately 80 kDa.
