Anti-PKC δ (G499) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against PKC δ, supplied by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 470-520 of human PKC δ, and the antibody (designated G499) detects endogenous levels of PKC δ protein. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 80 kDa. According to the manufacturer, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 100% by SDS-PAGE.
