Anti-PKC β Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this primary antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent raised against protein kinase C beta (PKC β / PRKCB) and supplied in a 50 µl vial as an unconjugated, ready-to-use liquid formulation. The reagent is a recombinant rabbit IgG monoclonal (clone JM43-26) raised against a synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human PKC β1 (residues 608–657/671), and it is provided in 1× TBS (pH 7.4) containing 1% BSA, 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. It is validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections) and flow cytometry, with recommended dilutions of 1:5,000 for WB, 1:200–1:1,000 for IHC-P and 1:1,000 for FC, and it shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples (Swiss-Prot P05771, P68404 and P68403 respectively).
