Anti-PKA-R2β (Ab-113) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade Rabbit polyclonal reagent, this IgG-class antibody is raised against a synthetic non-phosphopeptide derived from the region surrounding serine 113 of human PKA-R2β (PRKAR2B), enabling it to detect endogenous levels of total PKA-R2β protein. Supplied at 50 µL per vial as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is formulated at approximately 1.0 mg/mL of Rabbit IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. For short-term handling, the vial can be kept at 4 °C upon arrival; for longer storage, aliquots should be frozen at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
