Anti-PKA IIβ reg (T109) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting PKA IIβ reg (T109), validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 80–130 of human PKA IIβ reg. The antibody detects endogenous levels of PKA IIβ reg protein; the target has a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
