Anti-PKA IIα reg (P68) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PKA IIα reg (P68) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50-100 of Human PKA IIα reg, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the PKA IIα reg protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an observed molecular weight of ~ 45 kDa.
