Anti-PKA Iβ reg (F138) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against PKA Iβ reg. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 120–160 of Human PKA Iβ reg, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and detects endogenous levels of PKA Iβ reg protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa.
