Anti-PKAα / β cat Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the catalytic subunits of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKAα / β cat) and specifically detects endogenous levels of the target protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 μl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen – a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human PKAα / β cat. Verified applications on the supplier datasheet include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. Suitable Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L secondaries (HRP, FITC, Biotin and AP conjugates) are recommended for detection.
