Anti-PKAγ cat (P5) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PKAγ cat, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody detects endogenous levels of PKAγ cat protein. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of human PKAγ cat and affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 40 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
