Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PKAβ cat, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human PKAβ cat, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PKAβ cat protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
