Anti-PKAα/β cat (K17) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the PKAα/β catalytic subunit (K17) region. It is supplied unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human PKAα, and it detects endogenous levels of PKAα/β protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and shows > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, corresponding to a molecular weight of ~ 40, 42 kDa.
