Anti-PJA2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent specifically detects the PJA2 ubiquitin ligase (Praja Ring Finger Ubiquitin Ligase 2) across human, mouse, and rat samples. PJA2 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that catalyzes the transfer of ubiquitin onto substrate proteins, contributing to proteasome-mediated turnover, regulation of synaptic architecture, and modulation of signaling cascades including Hippo pathway output. Researchers studying neuronal differentiation, glioblastoma cell proliferation, or hepatocellular carcinoma biology have used PJA2 detection to follow changes in ligase expression and downstream substrate stability in cell and tissue models.

Supplied as 100 µl of antiserum, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows, fitting both lysate-based expression analysis and subcellular localization studies in fixed cells.
